Designed into every Aquacell
sampler is the tried and tested Aquamatic
Air Pump Sample Extraction System. The sampler's operation and
programming is quick and easy with the 17 button membrane keypad in conjunction with a 16 x
2 character LCD.
All Aquacell samplers are designed to sample heavily contaminated
wastewater such as raw wastewater and sludge. Aquacell meets the
requirements of the international standard for wastewater samplers – ISO
5667-10.
High Performance -Portable or Stationary- the performance stays the same. All Aquacell
samplers are designed to sample heavily contaminated wastewater such as
raw wastewater reliably. Aquacell is even used to sample raw
sludge by utilizing the large 5/8" diameter intake tract.

The Aquacell Portable Wastewater Sampler
range is made up of the three models ranging from the super small P2-COMPACT
composite unit to the highly versatile, multi bottler format,

and USEPA recommended sampling standards. Aquamatic Wastewater Samplers
are also compliant with UK Environment Agency MCERTS Standard for

The Aquacell P2-MULTIFORM can
accommodate a choice of 4 Sample Collection Vessels (see Sample

The open aluminum frame structure of the
Aquacell P2-MULTIFORM provides close visual contact with the collected
samples. Users will quickly appreciate the benefit of being able to see
each sample depositing correctly into its container without having to

Incorporated within the P2-COOLBOX is a
high performance Sample Temperature Control facility. This ensures that
the collected samples are preserved at an optimal temperature (0°C to
5°C up to 5 days) while awaiting collection / inspection. This is
particularly useful when sampling biologically active wastewater
The Aquacell P2-COOLBOX is designed typically
to operate at sites where the sampling requirement is infrequent or
there is simply no power available. This high performance Portable
Sampler makes a very practical alternative to installing a Stationary
Sampler with Sample Temperature Control and the associated costs.
Thick
wall insulation combined with sealed ‘no mess’ Cooling Elements provide
the impressive Sample Temperature Control performance offered by the
P2-COOLBOX. As the Sample Temperature Control facility does not require
any electrical power, the P2-COOLBOX’s power source (normally an
Integral Battery) is required only to power the Sampling Module and
therefore maximises the operating period.
The P2-COOBOX can be supplied with a Sample
Temperature Monitoring Facility. With this option the minimum, maximum,
average and present sample temperatures can by monitored on the Aquacell
display. Additionally all the P2 Series Samplers can be fitted with an
RS232 computer interface facility. This enables the download of logged
sample temperature data from the Sampler Module to a PC (or similar) via
an RS232 Serial Interface.

The Aquacell Stationary Wastewater
Sampler range is made up of six models, ranging from the simple S100
wall mounted unit to the fully enclosed, outdoor, refrigerated S320H.
All Aquamatic Wastewater Samplers are compliant with ISO and USEPA
recommended sampling standards. Aquamatic Wastewater Samplers are also

The S100 is the simplest of the Aquacell Stationary Wastewater
Sampler range. Because the S100 is extremely compact, it can be

Separate lockable compartments provide
flexibility and security in exposed or vulnerable locations
Collected samples are stored in the Lower
Compartment. Being separate from the Sampling Module this
configuration means the user can interrogate the program and
carry out routine maintenance without the need to disturb the
samples
Access and retrieval of collected samples is
extremely easy with the optional sliding Pull Out Tray (included
with Integral Bottlers)
Both S320 models incorporate Sample
Temperature Control. This ensures that the collected samples are
preserved at an optimum temperature (0°C to 5°C) while awaiting
collection / inspection. This is particularly useful when
sampling biologically active wastewater
Via the Ancillary Signal Connection all S300
models can be connected to and controlled by external equipment
such as Flow Meters, pH Meters, DO, ORP, PLCs etc.
The Auxiliary Equipment Facility provides for
the integration of additional equipment such as Flow Meters, pH
Meters, DO, ORP etc. with the S300 cabinet. A power supply
outlet and signal connections are mounted on a generic mounting
plate which is fitted to the side of the S300 Cabinet
Flow Input Any flowmeter with either an integrated or instantaneous flow output
can be connected to the sampler to produce flow proportional samples.
Remote control input The sampler can be controlled using a signal from a pump (which
pumps the wastewater) or other device, which produces an event related
input signal to the Aquacell.
Sample Acquired Output A contact closes each time a sample enters the sampler.
Sampler Malfunction Output A contact closure opens each time any one of 11 fault conditions occur.
Optional computer interface Aquacell’s built in event/datalogger and temperature logger (if sample
temperature monitoring option is ordered) can be downloaded to your PC or
suitable hand held computer if you specify the RS232 interface with the
sampler (TCP/IP, RS485, web interface etc. Contact
INC). 16 events relating to the samplers operation are logged
including:
